I’m Simon Lock. I’m an avid fan of computer and video game hardware. I’m particularly fond of SEGA hardware and optical disc-based systems / add-ons from the early to mid 1990’s. My interest in learning to repair systems and venture into hobbyist electronics started with working on one of my own failing console systems from my childhood.
Over the last few years I’ve been logging threads of work on my Twitter so that it may help others looking to repair systems with similar faults.
I’ve recently contributed to a Nintendo Life article.
